Belora is a home bakery. Everything is baked by hand in our own kitchen, in small batches, and packed into the box by the same hands that made it.

The menu sits between two things we love: deep chocolate on one side; cardamom, saffron, rose and pistachio on the other. Some bakes are always on the counter. Others arrive when the season, or a good idea, asks for them.

How a Belora box gets made.

By hand.
Whisked, folded, piped and dusted in one home kitchen, start to finish.
In small batches.
A few trays at a time, so every one is watched through the oven door.
With ingredients you can name.
Chocolate and ganache. Cardamom, saffron, rose and pistachio. Toasted walnut, cinnamon, ripe banana.
Packed by the baker.
Boxed by the same hands that made what's inside, and handed over fresh.
